What Size Pad Drivers or Brushes Do I Need for My Autoscrubber?

There is no one size fits all approach to ordering the correct pad drivers or brushes for your auto scrubber. We wish there was, but with so many different makes, models and versions of auto scrubbers in today’s market, it’s simply not possible.

For simplicity, this article will discuss what to look for on your Tennant T500 walk behind autoscrubber but please note, if you do not have this specific machine, some of this information may apply to you if you have a different machine.

Contrary to popular belief, you do not need a tape measure to understand what replacement pad drivers or brushes you need.

You just need to be aware of some key "stamps" that can be found on your scrub deck and/or squeegee assembly.

How to Identify the Scrub Deck Size of Your Machine Using the Scrub Deck

You will notice the images circled in blue, which contain the number 800.

The 800 is 800MM and when we convert this to inches, we are left with 32 inches (800 X 4 = 3200 or 32”)

“Ok. So, what pad drivers or brushes do I need?”

If you have this information, please email it to help@sweepscrub.com and reference your make/model/serial number and one of our dedicated support specialists can help you with your order.

If you like to find information on your own, please reference one of our parts manuals for more information, here is a screen shot of how you would identify the replacement blades for this Tennant T500 machine using the 32” (800MM) information we found above.

How to Identify the Scrub Deck Size of Your Machine Using the Squeegee Assembly

Like the brush deck pictured above, most Tennant autoscrubbers also contain a similar stamp on top of the squeegee assembly, and in this example we see 800, which tells us that we have a 32" autoscrubber (800 X 4 = 3200 or 32").
