Scope of Work
· Check Options and Condition of- Key Switch, Battery Gauge, Deck Up/Down Switch/Button, Brush Pressure Switch Button, Solution Flow Switch/Button, Squeegee Lever (Up/Down)- Vac-Fan On/Off, Forward and Reverse Paddle, E-Stop
· Clean & Inspect- Solution Tank- Solution Sight Fill Line/Tubing, Solution Fill Hose/Port, Solution Inline Filter/mesh screen.
· Brush Condition-Scrub Deck- Rotate based on wear patterns, idler plates, drive hubs, deck curtains/wipers, brush sockets, deck brush drivers, and scrub brush fiber length (if applicable).
· Clean and Inspect Scrub Deck- Skirts, debris hopper, pivot points, lift actuator, deck level, scrub motor wiring, linkage pivot points.
· Clean and Inspect- Squeegee- Remove and wipe squeegee (front and rear) blades, rotate as needed, caster wheels and height, adjust pitch as needed, check pivot, knobs and swing during travel, squeegee vac hose/
· Clean and Inspect- Recovery Tank- Recovery tank lid and gasket, vacuum float ball screen and gasket, drain hose, solution site tubing.
· Clean and Inspect- Drive- Drive and wheel conditions/performance.
· Clean and Inspect- Parking Brake Holds (If Applicable)
· Clean and Inspect- Batteries- Terminals, cables, and torque battery nuts if applicable.
· Operate and Confirm- Fill Solution Tank- ¾ Full, Scrub and Dry, Fune Tune Squeegee Adjustment
· Batteries- Hydrometer Readings Provided, water clarity (Clear/Dark), and water level (Overfilled, Full or Low)
What This Does NOT Cover
· Operators are responsible for maintaining the machine day to day. This P.E.M program does NOT include repairs for operator misuse, abuse or neglect, those situations will result in normal billing of $129 per hour and $129 per trip charge.
· Battery Maintenance- For machines equipped with lead acid batteries, operators will be required and responsible to water, using distilled water only, and maintain.
· Carbon Brush Replacements- Manufacture recommends that the vacuum motor(s), drive motor, and brush motors have their carbon brushes replaced per the manufacturer’s recommendations. Those services will be billed at $129 per hour and $129 per trip charge.
· Additional calls for service outside of the P.E.M program will be billed at $129 per hour and $129 per trip charge.
