Shipping policy

Free shipping on orders over $99 applies to parts only in the lower 48 states. Some restrictions apply for equipment, batteries and bulk chemicals. Equipment, batteries and bulk chemicals cannot be shipped via traditional small package carriers such as UPS, FedEx or USPS.  Equipment, batteries and bulk chemicals require shipping on a pallet or dedicated flatbed carrier and can be classified as hazardous materials so additional handling is required to prevent leakages and spills.  This type of freight is more complicated and expensive than small package deliveries for many reasons.  For example, there are a list of accessorial charges that must be taken into consideration such as Lift Gate to ground level, Residential Delivery, Inside Delivery, Hotel/Apartment, School, Military Base, Shopping Mall etc..  For us to provide you with the best freight quote, we must discuss your specific delivery needs.  Then we can search for the safest, lowest cost delivery solution.  Please call if you have any questions.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & FREIGHT FORWARDERS

SweepScrub sells and ships exclusively within the United States. Customers who wish to use freight forwarding services to ship products internationally must contact us prior to placing an order to confirm we can accommodate your request.

Customer Responsibilities:

  • All arrangements, coordination, and communication with freight forwarders
  • Completion of all required customs documentation and forms
  • Payment of all duties, taxes, customs fees, and freight forwarding charges

SweepScrub Limitations: We are under no obligation to complete, sign, or submit documentation including but not limited to:

  • U.S. Principal Party in Interest (USPPI) forms
  • Authorized Agent declarations
  • Power of Attorney documents
  • Declarations of Dangerous Goods
  • Export documentation or certificates

Liability Exclusions: SweepScrub assumes no responsibility or liability for:

  • Delays in shipment or delivery through freight forwarders
  • Lost, damaged, or returned packages once transferred to freight forwarders
  • Financial penalties, fines, or fees imposed by carriers, customs, or freight forwarders
  • Goods refused, confiscated, or destroyed by customs authorities
  • Any costs associated with international shipping arrangements

Orders placed without prior approval for freight forwarding may be cancelled at our discretion.
