Scope of Work
· Check Pad/Brush Condition- Main broom fiber length, broom driver, broom driver and idler hubs, side broom(s) condition
· Check Operation and Condition of- Main power switch or key switch, steering wheel tilt mechanism, horn, head lights, battery/hour meter gauge, broom AMP gauge, main broom switch, side broom switch, filter shaker switch, forward/reverse switch, foot pedal, backup alarm, vacuum motor(s), side broom speed control knob, main broom belts, main broom lift cable, side broom lift mechanism, main broom motor, side broom operation, strobe light, battery charger connectors, battery charger
· Clean and/or lubricate- Filter (with or without shaker), hopper, side broom linkage, remove broom and check drivers for debris, steering chain
· Visually Inspect- Seal under filter, hopper curtain, hopper side curtain, main broom curtain, side door curtain, inner side curtain, vacuum hose, drive wheel condition and rear wheels condition
· Clean and Inspect- Drive- Drive and wheel conditions/performance.
· Clean and Inspect- Parking Brake Holds (If Applicable)
· Clean and Inspect- Batteries- Terminals, cables, and torque battery nuts if applicable.
· Batteries- Hydrometer Readings Provided, water clarity (Clear/Dark), and water level (Overfilled, Full or Low)
What This Does NOT Cover
· Operators are responsible for maintaining the machine day to day. This P.E.M program does NOT include repairs for operator misuse, abuse or neglect, those situations will result in normal billing of $129 per hour and $129 per trip charge.
· Battery Maintenance- For machines equipped with lead acid batteries, operators will be required and responsible to water, using distilled water only, and maintain.
· Carbon Brush Replacements- Manufacture recommends that the vacuum motor(s), drive motor, and brush motors have their carbon brushes replaced per the manufacturer’s recommendations. Those services will be billed at $129 per hour and $129 per trip charge.
· Additional calls for service outside of the P.E.M program will be billed at $129 per hour and $129 per trip charge.
